A successful candidate for this position should possess an advanced understanding of basic math and calculation skills with the ability to process complex pay situations. In addition, this person should have meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time management, ability to track dates and deadlines and provide needed follow-up. Lastly, this person should have excellent oral and written communication skills, superb interpersonal relations skills, strong multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills, in addition to critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
Calendar: Full year - 261 days
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Hourly rate of pay: Starting pay is $23.32 per hour to $30.40 per hour depending upon previous relative working experience. Actual starting pay rate will be determined after a review of the work experience provided on the job application.
