Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth for private duty home care services. This role involves coaching and mentoring the team, establishing strong referral relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with experience in healthcare sales and a talent for inspiring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehab centers, physician offices, and community organizations.
  • Oversee business development initiatives and marketing campaigns to expand market presence.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, community gatherings, and professional associations.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership, highlighting sales performance and growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-focused results within the sales organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience in healthcare or home care sales, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of private duty home care services, referral networks, and business development strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market trends and develop growth initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories and manage multiple locations or teams.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
