About The Role
- Part-time position in Greencastle/Covington, IN areas with flexible day shifts.
- Compensation starting at $50/hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and productivity bonuses.
- Require Certified Nurse Practitioner credentials, with preferred 2+ years in Skilled Nursing facilities.
- Must have strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to travel within 12-20 miles.

- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments based on evidence-based guidelines.
- Create weekly rounding schedules and maintain accurate medical records.
