Advertised Job Summary

• To lead and accomplish work related to the cleaning of the University’s Student Union (Russell House) and Thomas Cooper Library.
• Will act as weekend shift crew leader and will supervise custodial workers.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of efficient cleaning procedures and executive level cleaning requirements.
• Ability to plan and manage supplies, equipment and temporary help needs.
• Ability to read, understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions, policies and procedures in an independent manner.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight time constraints.
• Ability to make decisions with limited guidance.
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer service practices when challenged.
• Ability to receive and follow instructions accurately.
