Role:
The Inside Sales Specialist engages warm leads and sets appointments for our financial advisors. You’ll focus on relationship-building, qualifying leads, and contributing directly to the firm’s growth.
This is perfect for professionals with 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and looking to advance into an advisory role.
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients and schedule advisor meetings
- Collect financial information and assess needs
- Maintain consistent follow-up to drive conversions
- Keep CRM records updated and accurate
- Collaborate with advisory and administrative teams
- Represent Guerra professionally at events
- Assist with team projects and administrative tasks
- Continue learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Financial experience and certifications/licenses a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into an advisor role
- High-quality appointments scheduled for financial advisors
- Accurate and timely CRM updates and prospect tracking
- Measurable contribution to business growth through sales performance
- Strong collaboration with advisory and administrative teams
- Professional, client-focused communication at all times
- Full-time, role based in Miami, FL
- Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support
