Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid) option to work from home each week on Mondays and/or Thursdays

What You’ll Do:
- Support procurement operations, administrative functions, business analysis activities, and technology asset lifecycle management initiatives.
- Maintain organized and accurate procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase requests, renewals, vendor records, and approval workflows.
- Support purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, and issue resolution in partnership with Finance and Purchasing teams.
- Monitor contract terms, renewal timelines, expirations, and key business conditions to ensure compliance and support strategic planning.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation requirements.
- Compile, analyze, and maintain procurement, spend, and asset-related data to support reporting initiatives and business decision-making.
- Prepare both recurring and ad hoc reports related to vendor activity, contract status, software licensing, asset inventory, and procurement performance metrics.
- Assist with supplier evaluations, pricing analysis, and supporting documentation for sourcing activities.
- Support RFP/RFQ processes by coordinating vendor responses, tracking submissions, and organizing evaluation materials.
- Assist with contract review activities by identifying key business components such as pricing models, renewal schedules, and usage assumptions in collaboration with Legal.
- Maintain accurate records within the technology asset management system, including hardware inventory, software licenses, agreements, and lifecycle status updates. .
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities by ensuring technology assets are properly provisioned, recovered, and documented.
- Assist with asset disposal processes in accordance with company policies, including BIOS removal and required record retention.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Technology, Finance, Legal, Purchasing, and cross-functional business teams.
- Serve as a dependable resource for procurement and asset management inquiries by providing accurate guidance and timely support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, asset management, business analysis, or a similar analytical/administrative function.
- Experience supporting procurement or sourcing activities within a structured and process-oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of technology procurement concepts, including software licensing, SaaS environments, and hardware asset management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate reports, and interpret findings to support operational and business decisions.
- Experience working with ERP, procurement, asset management, or vendor management platforms such as PeopleSoft, Basware, Ivanti, or comparable systems is strongly preferred.
