Engineering Manager

A growing precision manufacturing company supporting highly regulated industries is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations within a build-to-print manufacturing environment.

This individual will oversee multiple engineering functions including estimating, CNC/CMM programming, manufacturing engineering, and technical engineering while partnering closely with operations and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee estimating and technical review processes for new programs

• Lead new product introduction (NPI) initiatives from launch through production

• Drive scalable, sustainable, and repeatable manufacturing processes

• Support CNC/CMM programming, engineering plans, and work instructions

• Improve manufacturing methods, tooling, and production efficiency

• Troubleshoot complex production and process-related issues

• Ensure engineering support for ongoing production programs

• Lead and develop engineering department personnel

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment

• CNC/CMM programming background strongly preferred

• Experience with CAD software such as Creo/Pro-E or CATIA

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

• ERP/MRP system experience required

• Aerospace, metals, or precision manufacturing experience highly preferred
