Senior Associate

What You Will Do:

• Manage end-to-end training operations including scheduling, coordination, and execution
• Own training data, MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership reporting
• Track key training metrics such as attendance, completion, utilization, and feedback
• Execute training requests using Agile Kanban practices (backlog management, WIP tracking, flow metrics)
• Maintain training trackers, SOPs, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and business stakeholders during second-shift hours
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation in training operations

What You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience in Training Operations / L&D Operations / Training Management
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration - Human Resources, Operations, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Strong hold on Training Operations planning, management & reporting.
• Rich hands-on experience in Data management and Reporting using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Lookups, Charts, Data Analysis)
• Good Exposure MS Office Suite of Products (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent in coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and ability to work 12 PM – 9 PM IST (mandatory).

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Excel Macro Automation.
• Exposure to large-scale or enterprise training programs / COE models
• Knowledge of Data quality & Metrics
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Knowledge on Instruction Design (preferred, not mandatory)
• Agile / Kanban certification (preferred, not mandatory)
