Key Responsibilities


1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive revenue growth across North America by developing and executing strategic business development plans
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with OEMs, enterprise clients, and channel partners
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

2. Key Account Development

  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts, including system integrators and enterprise customers
  • Develop long-term account strategies and drive design-in / design-win opportunities
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for major customers

3. Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the memory and storage sector
  • Identify new verticals and go-to-market opportunities across U.S. and broader North America
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and executive teams

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with FAE, Product Management, and Engineering teams to support customer requirements and technical engagements
  • Align with Marketing on campaigns, branding, and lead generation strategies
  • Support pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and forecasting

5. Pipeline & Forecast Management

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
  • Track opportunities through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, pipeline conversion, and customer acquisition

6. Contract Negotiation & Deal Execution

  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract execution
  • Ensure alignment with company margin targets and long-term strategic goals


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10+ years of experience in semiconductor, memory, or storage industry
  • Proven track record in business development, B2B sales, or account management
  • Strong understanding of DRAM, NAND, SSD, or related technologies
  • Experience working with OEMs, hyperscalers, or enterprise customers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
