We have an immediate need for an Expert-level IT Business Systems Analyst to support their Rail Product Line, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with rail/logistics applications (Kaleris) in large enterprise environments. This role blends operational support, incident ownership, and business/IT alignment across logistics and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary Business Analyst supporting rail and logistics applications
• Own and track incidents/issues through resolution (prioritization, reporting)
• Translate business needs into requirements and functional specifications
• Support UAT activities and stakeholder communications
• Partner closely with operations and accounting stakeholders
• Work with transactional and logistics-related data sets
• Utilize SQL and/or Power BI for data insights and reporting

Required / Preferred Skills

• Expert-level IT Business Analyst experience
• Rail or logistics system experience (Kaleris strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong operational support and incident management background
• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations (Oil & Gas preferred)
• SQL and/or Power BI hands-on experience
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times during the project
