About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center
The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Since May 2024, we operate as a separate company based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street.
Our team currently consists of more than 100 employees.
Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic STP Accountant with English, who will handle daily tasks related to supplier invoices and employee expenses, ensure data accuracy, and maintain regular communication with both vendors and internal stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to work at Aryzta, engaging with diverse stakeholders across a global organization to deliver meaningful insights and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Timely processing of accounting documents related to payables, including employee expense settlements.
- Responding to inquiries from internal and external suppliers.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Managing vendor accounts and performing balance reconciliations, identifying opportunities to clear open items.
- Accurate and timely execution of activities related to period-end closing.
- Analysing P2P processes; identifying opportunities and proposing improvements and standardisation.
- Actively participating in the creation of operational procedures (SOPs) and other documentation supporting the P2P process.
- Supporting partnership with the local entity by providing data required for management.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in finance, specifically in AP/P2P/STP processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge.
- Fluent English (minimum B2).
- Practical accounting knowledge gained through experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Openness to change and a dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in process transition from or to another location/business unit will be an advantage.
