Role Description

You'll lead all business, finance, and partnership efforts at RIAD — owning banking and institutional relationships, regulatory dialogue with AMMC and Bank Al-Maghrib, fundraising, and the overall business strategy. You'll work side-by-side with the technical founder who owns product and engineering. Technology is built — business needs ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong background in banking, finance, or business development
• Existing relationships with Moroccan financial institutions or regulators
• Comfortable leading strategic conversations with banks, investors, and partners
• Understanding of capital markets, payments, or financial products
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ownership, execution, accountability
• Based in Morocco or deeply rooted in the Moroccan financial ecosystem
• Curious about blockchain and the future of finance (no technical background required)
