Private Equity Associate

I'm working with a Leading Investment Firm who are looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Colombus, Ohio.

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis (e.g., LBOs, DCFs, comparable companies) to assess potential investment opportunities
• Perform in-depth due diligence, including analyzing financial statements, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning of target companies
• Support deal execution by coordinating with advisors (bankers, lawyers, consultants) and assisting in structuring transactions
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for internal investment committees and senior stakeholders
• Monitor portfolio companies by tracking performance, building operating models, and working with management teams on strategic initiatives
