Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Romanian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Romanian, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and company policies. Your work will help maintain a positive and safe online environment for Romanian-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Romanian, ensuring compliance with community standards and company policies
• Respond to user comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner in Romanian
• Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content according to company protocols
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support community engagement and content moderation strategies
• Stay updated on social media trends, guidelines, and best practices in content moderation

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their content policies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive content professionally
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and sound judgment skills
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency
