- Contribute feedback to optimize customer service processes and enhance overall client experience
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within the automotive industry, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer support tools is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
