Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage budget and mileage goals established.
- Evaluate crews for production efficiency and determine methods to improve.
- Provide conflict resolution when necessary.
- Coordinate manpower fluctuations.
- Educate customers, community groups and jurisdictions concerning potential vegetation/electric conflict hazards.
- Mentor and development of general forepersons.
- Mentor and development of crew members.
- Ensure that maintenance programs meet all federal regulations and/or utility standards.
- Primary contact for after-hour tree crew requests and/or storm-related activity.
- Insure proper billing.
- Oversee the Quality Assurance Programs.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to effectively direct, motivate, and develop teams in a production or field environment.
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and standard business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, production or reporting systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to safely operate an approved company vehicle in accordance with company policy and applicable driving requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Vegetation Management General Foreperson required.
- Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
- Driver's License required.
- ISA Certification required.
- Availability for occasional travel and overnight stays to support regional operations and storm related work.

- CONTINUOUS(up to 100%): Standing, Sense of Touch, Gripping, Seeing Distant, Reaching, range-of-motion, Depth Perception, Lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., Climbing Poles, Sense of Touch
