We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with strong expertise in modern web application development and AI-powered solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience across .NET ecosystems, frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and Generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications using .NET, React.js, and Next.js
  • Build AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and autonomous AI agents
  • Develop and integrate conversational AI solutions using Claude and other modern LLM platforms
  • Architect secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-native solutions on AWS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders
  • Lead technical design discussions and provide best practice guidance across frontend, backend, and AI solution design
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Implement API integrations, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core and C#
  • Extensive experience with React.js and Next.js
  • Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Strong expertise in AI Agent creation and orchestration
  • Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations
  • Experience integrating and working with Claude models
  • Strong AWS cloud experience including serverless, containers, and cloud-native services
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and modern architecture patterns
  • Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering concepts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and scalable distributed systems
