Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations for our Junior Colleges. The role involves overseeing academic and administrative operations, driving institutional growth, improving operational efficiency, and supporting academic excellence across campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic and operational management across junior college campuses

• Drive student performance, admissions growth, and institutional outcomes

• Implement and monitor operational processes and academic standards

• Oversee faculty performance, academic delivery, and student success initiatives

• Manage budgeting, planning, and resource allocation

• Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to support enrollment goals

• Monitor performance metrics, reporting systems, and operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and educational regulations

• Lead and mentor principals, academic heads, and operations teams

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in educational institutions or junior colleges

• Experience managing multi-campus operations is preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills

• Ability to drive academic performance and organizational growth

• Experience handling large teams and institutional operations
