We seek an Operations and Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in High Point, NC. The position involves managing key client accounts, overseeing operational activities, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Responsibilities include driving business planning, managing day-to-day client interactions, creating strategies to meet customer needs, and working cross-functionally with departments to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership skills and a strong ability to manage relationships with high-value clients.

• Strong analytical and business planning skills to assess operational performance and develop strategies for improvement
• Proven experience in account management and maintaining relationships with key accounts
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address client needs and deliver solutions proactively
• Experience managing or supporting high-priority accounts within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Familiarity with operations or supply chain management in manufacturing or logistics environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
