Desktop Technician

We are seeking a Support Technician to join our team. This role will involve onsite discovery, validation, and documentation of Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines across identified locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Infrastructure Services and Desktop Management and a passion for telecom systems and connectivity verification.

Job Description:

The Telecom Desktop Support Technician is responsible for the onsite discovery and detailed documentation of POTS lines.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating with local site contacts and managing facility access.

Performing hands-on inspection of telecom termination points.

Providing detailed documentation and verification of critical devices and services dependent on POTS connectivity.

Experience in Infrastructure Services to ensure accurate discovery and validation.
