What You Will Be Doing
Drive the global relationship and commercial strategy for a major OEM key account, securing long-term partnerships, accelerating business growth, and ensuring consistent global execution across all interactions.
- Lead and manage the global relationship with a major OEM customer, ensuring alignment across regions and functions
- Establish and enforce standardized commercial approaches, including contracts, pricing frameworks, and governance models
- Act as the primary escalation point for all customer-related topics, including commercial, quality, and project execution matters
- Develop and maintain account playbooks, stakeholder maps, and product/vehicle roadmaps to support strategic decision-making
- Define and drive the global account strategy, presenting regularly to the Executive Management Team
- Guide internal teams through clear frameworks, training, and best practices to effectively engage with the customer
- Oversee global sales planning, ensuring accuracy of forecasts, budgets, and mid-term planning inputs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, engineering, finance, and partnerships teams to shape customer offers and identify growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within automotive, powertrain, or Tier 1 supplier environments
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with large OEM automotive customers
- Strong understanding of automotive sales cycles, contract structures, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing global commercial strategies and processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute operationally in complex environments
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with data-driven decision-making
