We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Project Manager to help drive execution across product, engineering, security, and go-to-market initiatives as we continue to scale.


The Role

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives across a rapidly evolving product environment. You’ll work closely with founders, product leaders, engineers, designers, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and executed with operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, technically fluent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly.


Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to define timelines, priorities, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and resource tracking
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies while proactively driving solutions
  • Facilitate standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting
  • Improve project management processes, workflows, and operational efficiency across teams
  • Help scale Agile delivery practices and establish best-in-class project governance
  • Coordinate product launches, feature rollouts, integrations, and platform enhancements
  • Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives
  • Support communication across internal teams, leadership, and external partners


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of project or program management experience within technology, SaaS, startup, or cybersecurity environments
  • Experience managing software development and technical product initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software development workflows
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working closely with engineering and product teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in startup environments


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on cybersecurity, compliance, cloud storage, SaaS, or data protection platforms
  • Familiarity with secure file sharing, DRM, access controls, encryption, or enterprise security concepts
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Linear, Asana, or similar tools
