We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all internal hiring across Swoon, with a heavy focus on hiring top-performing sales, recruiting, and staffing professionals. This is not a “post-and-pray” recruiting role. We’re looking for a true talent hunter — someone who thrives on networking, headhunting, building relationships, generating referrals, and creating pipelines of exceptional talent before there’s even an opening.


This person will play a critical role in shaping the future of Swoon by helping us identify, attract, hire, and onboard A-players who elevate our culture and drive our growth.


What You’ll Do

Own Internal Recruiting Strategy & Execution

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for all internal hiring across Swoon
  • Focus heavily on recruiting high-performing sales, recruiting, and staffing professionals
  • Proactively source passive candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, events, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key markets and roles
  • Partner closely with leadership to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Drive a structured, high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding

Be a Talent Magnet & Brand Ambassador

  • Sell the vision, culture, and opportunity of Swoon to top-tier candidates
  • Build relationships with high performers before they are actively looking
  • Represent Swoon at networking events, industry meetups, and recruiting functions
  • Help strengthen Swoon’s employer brand across our core markets

Build Process, Training & Onboarding Excellence

  • Create and continuously improve scalable recruiting processes and hiring workflows
  • Ensure every role has clear scorecards, measurable outcomes, and structured interview processes
  • Help design and coordinate onboarding and training experiences for new hires
  • Partner with leadership on onboarding plans, 90-day success tracking, and employee integration
  • Support and facilitate orientation and training initiatives, including Duck U onboarding experiences


What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably within staffing, recruiting, sales, or agency environments
  • Proven success recruiting high-performing recruiters, account executives, sales professionals, or staffing talent
  • Strong headhunting and passive candidate sourcing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate referrals organically
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and storytelling skills
  • Highly organized and process-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Experience building onboarding, training, or recruiting processes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools
