Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anamosa, IA, for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production schedules and planning, and ensure that production activities align with company goals. Responsibilities include supervising team members, optimizing workflow for efficiency, maintaining safety protocols, and providing clear communication to all staff regarding project objectives and timelines. The role requires leadership skills to drive productivity while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead, guide, and manage team members
• Experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure timely and efficient workflows
• Proficiency in Production Management to monitor and improve operational processes
• Excellent Communication skills for clear coordination across teams and departments
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing production demands
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing or welding-based industries is advantageous
• welding knowledge Tig/Mig
• CAD/CAM Skill ( Autocad)
