Role Description

We are seeking an Interior Design Assistant for a full-time, on-site role located in Dana Point, CA. The Interior Design Assistant will support project planning and execution, especially procurement and managing products. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and the design team to ensure projects meet timelines and reflect the studio’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members
• Ability to source and coordinate Furniture that aligns with design objectives
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail for logistics and basic financial details
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
