About the Role

This role is focused on leading end-to-end deployment projects within client environments, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives. You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to coordinate activities and drive successful delivery.

You’ll also play a key role in facilitating workshops, guiding best practices, and ensuring a smooth transition into Managed Services.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of project delivery, ensuring all activities are well-coordinated, tracked, and aligned to scope and timelines. This includes working across multiple stakeholders to maintain momentum and proactively manage risks and issues.

Your day-to-day will involve;

• Lead project delivery from initiation through to deployment
• Facilitate workshops and deliver client-facing presentations
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with BAs and technical teams on solution design
• Provide clear reporting, updates, and stakeholder communication
• Guide clients on best-practice ways of working
• Ensure seamless handover to Managed Services

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings strong project delivery experience, along with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and navigate dynamic environments. You’ll be organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing structure with flexibility.

You need a mindset focused on learning, collaboration, and delivering value to clients.

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management / PMO / Scheduling roles
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working across multiple workstreams or projects
• Solid organisational, reporting, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
• PPM or enterprise systems experience (nice to have, not essential)
• A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
