What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact—create an exceptional patient experience
• Coordinate patient flow between front desk, rehab gym, and doctor
• Verify insurance and review financial plans with patients
• Support marketing efforts and community outreach
• Assist with patient accounts, billing, and collections
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Help keep the clinic organized, efficient, and welcoming

What you bring:

• Associate degree or higher
• Strong patient experience focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Confidence in communication—both in person and over the phone
