Responsibilities
Coordinates business functions at all Behavioral Health Centers to assure a high level of customer satisfaction, to maximize efficiencies, and to enhance revenue generation. Acts as liaison to hospital departments that interface with Behavioral Health business operations. Trains and supervises business function staff and assures that processes are efficient and consistent across sites.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
- Undergraduate / Bachelor's - Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred or extensive background in office management.
- Minimally three years experience managing office and business operations for a medical practice, agency or hospital. Preference for experience managing several office locations.
- Computer proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
