UNCOMN is seeking a Project Coordinator (Data) to:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and project manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Conduct needs analysis, establish engagement specifications, and identify potential solutions to customers’ business challenges.
- Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the decomposition of customer goals and objectives to develop plans to realize value.
- Write and maintain clear and well-structured project requirements, status reports, and supporting documents.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to varied levels of the organization, including technical personnel, business managers, and senior leadership.
- Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing.
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
- Support creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance.
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
- 2+ years of related professional experience.
- Must be comfortable meeting DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)/8140 requirements for work role 802, obtaining professional certifications and/or completing training, as required by the client/contract.
- Must hold an active DoD secret clearance or higher.
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, specifically in engineering, systems management, business management, computer science, information management, or a related discipline.
- Scrum Master certified through SCRUM Alliance or other Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Data experience to include Strategy, Policy, Governance, and Compliance.
