The objective of the Graduate Program is to offer young talents an experience within the Group in order to acquire the professional skills necessary to become a manager within Newrest.
Joining the Graduate Program is an opportunity to live a unique experience at the heart of the operational and business challenges of the subsidiary that welcomes you. Over the course of one year, you will be supported by a mentor who will contribute to the development of your expertise.
You will be involved in various topics such as client relationship management and collaboration with operational teams. Your perseverance, commitment, and expertise will lead you to take on positions of responsibility after completing the program.
Eligibility Criteria
Immediate graduate (since less than two years) or after a few years of experience AND wishing to specialize or discover the airline catering environment within a position of responsibility.
Education in hospitality, supply chain, agro engineering, business school, finance…
Taste for challenge, commitment, ability to learn and to undertake.
Proficiency in French and English
