Front Office Dealer
Indexed description
With substantial capital resources, an ambitious growth agenda, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, Brocc is uniquely placed to shape the future of the credit ecosystem. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking institution that is not only driving liquidity and resilience in the market, but contributing to greater stability and transparency across the European financial landscape.
The role
As Front Office Dealer in Brocc's Front Office Treasury, you will have primary ownership of the Group's liquidity portfolio and key financial risk - including FX, interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB), and structural liquidity risk. This is a hands-on execution role with real strategic scope: you will develop and execute funding strategy, run market transactions, and design hedging programs, all within a defined risk appetite and regulatory framework.
You will work closely with Risk Management, Accounting, Tax, and Senior Management, sitting at the intersection of treasury execution and broader business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the Group's liquidity portfolio, including allocation, yield optimization, counterparty diversification, and compliance with internal limits and regulatory liquidity requirements
- Actively manage financial risks across FX exposures, IRRBB, and structural and short-term liquidity risk — with NSFR as a key metric
- Develop and execute the Group's funding strategy across markets, instruments, and counterparties to ensure diversification and cost efficiency
- Execute treasury transactions including FX, interest rate risk derivatives, bonds, repos and manage account balances with a particular focus on deposit pricing and intra-group funding
- Monitor exposures, market developments, and liquidity metrics continuously; escalate and manage breaches or emerging risks in a timely manner
- Ensure full regulatory compliance across front office treasury activities
- Contribute to the development and optimization of treasury systems and infrastructure
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in treasury operations or banking
- Solid understanding of financial instruments — FX, derivatives, fixed income
- Knowledge of CRR regulations, including NSFR and capital requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear decisions
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working across functions at pace
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus
