AI/ML Engineer

📍 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and modern agentic AI frameworks to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing autonomous AI agents, integrating tools, and leveraging advanced AI coding assistants to accelerate development.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangGraph
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems with memory, planning, and tool usage
• Develop scalable backend services in Python for AI-driven applications
• Integrate and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for tool communication and context sharing
• Create structured prompts, workflows, and specifications for reliable AI outputs
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production environments
• Implement evaluation pipelines and monitoring for AI systems

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python (must-have)
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph for building agent workflows
• Proven experience developing agentic AI applications (multi-step reasoning, tool usage, memory handling)
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
• Experience with MCP servers and tool integration ecosystems
• Familiarity with API development, microservices, and backend architecture
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills

• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as:
