Position Summary
The Regional Leasing & Marketing Manager is responsible for executing property-level marketing plans; ensuring marketing tools, programs, and services are properly deployed to drive qualified leads, leases, and occupancy growth. This role oversees the implementation and day-to-day utilization of marketing-supported products and services at the property level. You will act as the primary point of contact between on-site teams and marketing leadership, addressing implementation issues, ensuring adherence to company standards, and reinforcing established marketing guidelines and procedures.
Essential Job Functions
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to deploy and optimize marketing strategies that support on-site teams and improve traffic and leasing performance.
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies, collaborate with property teams, and recommend tactical improvements.
- Manage project timelines, maintain stakeholder alignment, and ensure work is completed on time and in line with quality requirements.
- Act as the marketing liaison between properties and onsite teams to support execution and alignment.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics for assigned properties and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Manage project budgets for assigned properties.
- Monitor/track internet listings for assigned portfolio.
- Create and implement sales training for leasing team members within assigned portfolio.
- Administer mystery shopping program including providing coaching needed for improved results.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, journalism, English, or another related field is preferred.
- Two or three years of experience in direct real estate multifamily marketing within the property management industry.
- Proven ability to deliver marketing projects on time and at a high standard
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing tactics across print and digital channels.
- Knowledge of advertising options and how to select the right channel for the message.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and performance-based marketing metrics.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident, outgoing communicator who builds rapport easily with teams and stakeholders.
- Passionate about using technology and data to improve efficiency and drive ROI.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of property management industry trends and marketing best practices.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

- Approximately 35% travel required to assigned portfolio.
