Position Purpose
The Marketing Business Partner is responsible for locally supporting US Oral Surgery Management (USOSM)’s partner practice by developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics in the field, with the main objectives to increase practice revenue, patient volumes, and online ratings/reviews while optimizing the referral process. The Marketing Business Partner is responsible for collaborating and working efficiently with practice leadership, surgeon(s), Operations, and other teams to effectively plan, manage, and execute the practice’s annual marketing budget and plans.
Principal Responsibilities And Duties
- Grow practice revenue and volumes from existing referral sources and capture business from new referring offices.
- Promote effective marketing tactics through proven digital, traditional, business-to-business and business-to-consumer strategies efficiently utilizing practice’s marketing budget.
- Work each day in the field to effectively promote and educate referral base on a pre-planned cyclical basis through office visits, referral development campaigns, community/educational events, generating reports, tracking return-on-investment, scheduling lunches, patient follow-up, and other tactics as needed.
- Optimize the practice’s referral process by presenting referral data and providing feedback to key stakeholders, including practice surgeon(s), practice leader and/or Regional Operations Director, as needed.
- Monitor, track and report on referral data through practice’s patient management system.
- Maintain marketing budget, spend and expense allocation while promoting effective, efficient use of practice’s marketing allotment – including tracking marketing expenses and spend to stay within practice’s annual budget.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend continued educational events, open houses, and social events, as needed.
- Establish and maintain the practice’s consistent brand identity across promotional materials, print collateral, digital and traditional advertising, online presence, events, and more, as applicable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM / CMS / PMS software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a constantly changing, fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field of study, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of marketing, sales, or account management experience
- Prior healthcare, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of practice location(s)
- Working conditions are normal for a professional office environment
- Frequent standing and use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files and other equipment
