Slice Merchant Services is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Technical Support Specialist who will be assisting our clients with a smooth and efficient ***on-site/in-person***equipment setup process as well as troubleshooting. This individual MUST be enthusiastic about supporting our clients by offering customer satisfaction & reliable technical support.
Responsibilities:
- COMPLETE ON-SITE SETUPS OF OUR EQUIPMENT AT THE CLIENT'S LOCATION
- PROVIDE TRAINING AND GUIDANCE TO CLIENTS ON HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT
- DIAGNOSE AND RESOLVE TECHNICAL ISSUES RELATED TO OUR EQUIPMENT
- PERFORMING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS ON EQUIPMENT
- MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL WORK PERFORMED
- COLLABORATE WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS, ACCOUNT MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR TO ENSURE EFFICIENT AND TIMELY RESOLUTION OF ISSUES
- COMMUNICATE EFFECITIVELY WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGEUES, BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING
- FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY
Requirements:

- ENTHUSIASTIC, SELF-DRIVEN, AND LIKES TO PROBLEM-SOLVE
- GREAT COMPUTER SKILLS
- EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- ABILITY TO LEARN FAST

- STRONG VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS

- SALESFORCE
- CREDIT CARD PROCESSING EQUIPMENT & POS SYSTEMS
