  • Utilize our client's Customer Success to understand customer goals, assess capabilities, and devise strategies for success.

  • Apply your in-depth knowledge of our client's platforms to help maximize customer value and solve challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate risks and develop customer-focused adoption plans.
  • Advocate for our client's offerings across customer IT and business leadership to drive transformation and growth.

Skillsets

  • Deep knowledge of business processes and cloud technology: Utilize your expertise in Consulting and/or Support within a cloud environment.
  • Consultative expertise: Act as a trusted advisor by delivering measurable customer value and solving complex challenges.
  • Communication skills: Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and managing sensitive discussions effectively.
  • Technical proficiency: Solid understanding of application layer with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Fluency in Japanese: Fluent Japanese language skills, accompanied by basic proficiency in English.
