The selected candidate will play a significant role in driving sales and creating a best-in-class customer experience by owning on-site merchandising, communication and strategy of Devices’ promotional calendar.
The successful candidate possesses a strong bias for action and makes proactive strategic recommendations based on data and customer insights. They are analytical, collaborative, results-oriented and have expertise across ecommerce and consumer marketing space. You have in-depth knowledge and experience working on social and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to roll up their sleeves to develop and execute marketing communications programs, create briefings, audit results and cooperate to Amazon Devices growth strategy. You will also be responsible for operational marketing tasks, keeping in mind our needs, strategy and the overall customer experience.
Your daily responsibility will include working closely with multiple stakeholders (internal teams such as marketing, merchandising and PR). In parallel, you will also utilize exceptional analytical and project management skills to audit, analyze results and interpret data afterwards.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
- Experience in brand identity and voice development
- Experience creating brand marketing content
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
