Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must adhere to the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
- Develop and execute a clearly defined social media and influencer strategy that aligns with key initiatives including community building and engagement, audience growth, brand awareness and advocacy.
- Oversee and manage influencer programs to promote Foxwoods and its brand, including sourcing, vetting and maintaining relations.
- Oversee and ensure seamless coordinate of influencer campaigns, review KPIs and performance reports.
- Manage comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner as outlined by the policy.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to monitor performance, evaluate ROI and create actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Provide reports and presentations as necessary, including ROI of social media and influencer efforts.
- Manage Foxwoods’ social presence and creative executions on Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and other strategically relevant online properties.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and social media and influencer best practices and integrate them into campaigns and daily operations.
- Maintains and publishes a detailed social and influencer calendar aligned with brand, digital and property strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of social media strategy, including scheduling, posting and community management on all social media channels.
- Provide strategic direction to Social Media Communications Coordinators.
- Create static and video content and create visuals using tools like Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.
- Work in collaboration with other marketing organizations, tenants, internal departments and third-party organizations to develop unique strategies that will promote brand awareness and database growth.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as needed.
- Bachelor degree in marketing required with a minimum of four (4) years of experience leveraging social media and influencer programs in a corporate capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent writing, presentation, research and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to articulate creative and technical concepts.
- Portfolio showcasing content creation and influencer campaigns.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach, campaign execution and analytics.
- Display strong project management, organization and scheduling.
- Expertise in managing “always-on” social media strategies, adapting quickly to dynamic opportunities and recognizing challenges.
- Ability to create a promotion, including engagement, and conversion strategy using all social media channels.
- Develops and expands community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement team member advocacy strategies that empower team members to share brand content and act as ambassadors.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Wide-ranging familiarity with major social sites and services from a conceptual, marketing, technical, and feature-set perspective.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tolls including Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to convey innovative concepts and embody leadership in social media and influencer marketing.
- High energy, creativity and adaptability with a commitment to flexible work schedules including nights, weekends and holidays as needed based on programming demands.
