Job Purpose
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive entire product domains — from strategy and discovery through execution and iteration. You’ll operate at a higher level of autonomy, influencing not just what we build, but why and how we build it.
You will play a key role in ensuring Mazeed’s product scales effectively across both SaaS and FaaS models, balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and business impact.
Your work will directly influence:
- How customers adopt, trust, and grow with our SaaS platform
- How internal teams operate efficiently and scale service delivery
- How we prioritize investments across automation, accuracy, and growth
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major product area or domain (e.g., billing, onboarding, financial workflows, internal operations)
- Lead product discovery by identifying high-impact opportunities through data, user research, and stakeholder input
- Define clear problem statements and success metrics before jumping into solutions
- Drive end-to-end delivery in collaboration with engineering and design, ensuring high-quality execution
- Make prioritization decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability
- Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and risks
- Use data and insights to evaluate product performance and guide iteration
- Influence product direction and contribute to company-level strategy and planning

- 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or ERP-style platforms
- Strong track record of owning and delivering complex product areas end-to-end
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive clarity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
- Experience with financial systems, tax workflows, or subscription billing
- Experience building or scaling internal tools or operational platforms
- Experience working in SaaS + service hybrid models
