Senior Product Manager

Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with company OKRs and international expansion goals
• Identify core customer problems (vendors and buyers) and build scalable, tech-enabled solutions
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories

• Lead cross-functional sprints, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
• Drive launch readiness including QA, documentation, training, and performance tracking
• Own key product KPIs: activation rates, lead times, self-service adoption, and NPS

• Improve product usability across desktop and mobile (web/app)
• Leverage user insights and data to iterate on features (e.g., white-label funnels, tiered pricing, logistics options)
• Integrate with tools used by vendors (ERP, inventory systems) and buyers (eCommerce platforms like Salla, Zid, Shopify)

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS, or supply chain tech business
• Experience managing cross-functional squads using Agile/Scrum
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like SQL, Mixpanel, GA, or Amplitude
• Fluent in both English and Arabic

• Strategic thinking balanced with an execution-first mindset
• Ability to distill complex problems into simple, user-centric solutions
• Strong stakeholder management—from engineering to sales to compliance
• Passion for building infrastructure that powers real-world trade in emerging markets
