The Brand Manager will support the Marketing Manager in executing brand strategies and driving category growth across FMCG retail operations. The role focuses on delivering integrated marketing campaigns, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring strong in-market performance across multiple channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand and category strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day brand activities and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints including digital, in-store, and offline channels.
  • Oversee and guide a junior team member(s), ensuring smooth execution of marketing plans and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Develop clear and compelling brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling tailored to target consumers.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of private label portfolios across food and non-food categories, ensuring strong shelf presence and differentiation.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Use data tools (Excel, Power BI) to monitor performance, extract insights, and support decision-making.
  • Track key KPIs such as sales performance, basket size, store traffic, and brand penetration, and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Buying, Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain) and external agencies to ensure effective execution.
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support NPD (New Product Development) initiatives.
  • Support product development, packaging improvements, and lifecycle management based on insights and market trends.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in FMCG or retail, preferably in brand management or trade marketing.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG brand building, consumer behavior, and category management.
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Good exposure to product development, packaging, and NPD processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Ability to interpret data, build reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work in cross-functional environments.
