About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns and building strong relationships with both social media influencers and brand representatives. Working closely with the Brand Partnerships team, you will drive campaign success while ensuring the highest standards of execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts across all levels.
• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Schedule, manage, and oversee pre-defined influencer marketing campaigns.
• Review and improve influencer content to ensure alignment with campaign specifications.
• Act as a proactive consultant, guiding clients on content quality and campaign strategies.
• Regularly update and assist brand representatives in decision-making processes.
• Contribute to prospecting and lead generation activities to drive business growth.
• Manage monthly sales cycles and ensure campaign targets are met.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years of account management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proven success in managing large accounts and collaborating with influencers.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and trends.
• Ability to lead successful projects and manage stakeholders at all decision-making levels.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A solid understanding of the sales process and business dynamics.
