Key Account Manager

Position Summary

In this pivotal role, you'll shape service offerings, define pricing strategies, and spearhead business development initiatives. You'll be the trusted partner for key clients, ensuring excellence across project delivery, financial performance, and satisfaction. Internally, you'll mentor and motivate teams, optimize operations, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive agency-wide impact.

Location - Istanbul, Turkey

Essential Responsibilities

• Define and evolve service offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies
• Lead key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, growth, and profitability
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, and financial accuracy across global accounts
• Mentor and manage project leads, driving team performance and engagement
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning and reporting
• Represent the agency at industry events, client meetings, and global forums

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements

• Significant experience gained within agency or brand management (FMCG/packaging a plus)
• Proven success in business development, pricing, and client growth
• Strong leadership and performance management skills
• Expertise in CRM, project tracking, and global collaboration tools
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, detail-driven approach
