Senior Account Manager
The Senior Account Manager plays a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, acting as a strategic and operational partner to both clients and internal teams. Reporting directly to the Account Director, this role supports account growth, drives day-to-day excellence, and helps translate strategic direction into effective execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and confident in managing client communications while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts under the leadership of the Account Director
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable day-to-day contact
- Translate client needs and business challenges into clear project briefs and actionable plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality output
- Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to account growth
- Ensure all work aligns with client expectations and agency standards
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience within creative or advertising agencies
- Proven experience in account management roles
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience working on integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
