Role Description

The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role located in Merritt Island, FL. This position is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, preparing and overseeing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and conducting detailed financial analysis. Additional duties include overseeing accounting functions, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Controller will play a key role in driving strategic financial decisions and supporting the company's overall growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
• Proven Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance principles
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar certification is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
