As the Process Improvement Manager, you aren't just looking at workflows—you're redesigning the way we work. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, design data-backed solutions, and execute improvement plans that yield measurable, bottom-line results.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Analyze & Strategize: Conduct deep dives into current processes to find bottlenecks and build a strategic roadmap aligned with our company goals.
• Lead & Execute: Take the helm of cross-functional projects, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and hit every milestone.
• Harness Data: Use data-driven insights to guide your decisions and measure the real-world impact of every change you implement.
• Champion Change: It's not just about the process; it's about the people. You'll lead change management efforts and facilitate training to ensure new methods stick.
• Communicate & Quality Control: Keep senior leadership in the loop on your progress while maintaining strict quality control to ensure long-term effectiveness.

• Educated & Experienced: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. You have a proven track record in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certified Expert: A Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred (Black Belt is a major plus), and project management certifications will definitely catch our eye.
• Analytical Powerhouse: You possess top-tier problem-solving skills and are proficient with process mapping software.
• Natural Leader: You know how to lead multiple teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at every level.
• Adaptable: You understand change management principles and know how to navigate the human side of business transformation.
• Project Commitment: You are available for a four month, fixed term engagement.
