Marketing Associate

Our client, a laboratory equipment supplier, is seeking a Marketing Associate in the San Diego area with 3+ years of experience.

Title: Marketing Associate

Location: San Diego CA (can consider other West Coast states)

Type: Full Time Direct Hire

Salary: 70-100K

Key Responsibilities

• Support brand growth through marketing and promotional activities
• Plan and manage marketing and product campaigns, including budgets, resource coordination, and ROI analysis
• Develop content for websites, brochures, blogs, and advertisements
• Analyze campaign results and collaborate with technical experts to develop engaging marketing content and improve customer engagement
• Create lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers
• Prepare sales and marketing materials for client presentations
• Participate in trade shows, virtual events, and customer meetings

Qualifications

• Strong ability to write technical and scientific content, with preferred storytelling/branding skills
• Bachelor’s degree in life science, chemistry, business, marketing, or related experience
• 3+ years of related experience, preferably up to 6 years in a related field
• Able to quickly learn and understand complex neuroscience and technical products
• Skilled at turning technical information into clear marketing content
