🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager (CSM) 🚨

Our client is looking for a high-impact Customer Success Manager to take ownership of the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and retention to expansion.

This is a critical hire for a growing team and an opportunity to directly influence customer outcomes, revenue retention, and long-term growth.


🔹 What You’ll Own:

• Drive retention across a portfolio of SMB customers

• Lead onboarding and customer adoption initiatives

• Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts

• Partner cross-functionally across teams and time zones to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Build trusted relationships through both virtual and in-person interactions with customers and partners


🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 4–8 years of Customer Success and/or Account Management experience

• Strong preference for candidates from the helpdesk/customer support software ecosystem (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)

• Proven track record hitting retention metrics (NRR, GRR, renewals, churn reduction)

• Experience managing a high-volume book of business (60+ SMB accounts)

• Exceptional communication skills and strong executive presence

• Ownership mentality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


🔹 Compensation:

💰 $100K–$125K OTE

📈 Quarterly performance incentives heavily weighted toward retention success (80%)
