track record of sourcing and securing management assignments across diverse asset

The Role
As the Business Development Salesperson, you will be the tip of the spear for our growth
strategy. You will leverage your industry expertise and connections to originate new
business and secure management contracts across multifamily, industrial, office, retail,
mixed-use, and hospitality assets by contacting Landlords/Owners/Trusts.
Requirements
- Strategic Origination: Proactively sourcing new third-party property management opportunities
- Relationship Mastery: Developing, nurturing, and leveraging high-level relationships with private
professionals.
- Market Intelligence: Identifying under-performing or transitioning assets where a change in

- Experience: 7+ years of elite performance in business development, brokerage, asset

- Track Record: A proven, verifiable history of sourcing, negotiating, and closing significant
- Asset Expertise: Deep operational knowledge across multifamily, office, retail, industrial,
