High Volume Early Talent Sales Recruiter (Contract)
We’re hiring a high-impact contract recruiter to drive high-volume Inside Sales hiring across our strategic markets. This role is all about speed, pipeline, and execution—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments.
📍 Location
Remote (U.S.) | Preferred: Sarasota, FL or Rochester, NY
💼 What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Inside Sales roles
- Manage high req volume with urgency and precision
- Build strong early talent pipelines through sourcing and outreach
- Partner with hiring leaders to move fast and close talent quickly
- Deliver a strong candidate experience while hitting aggressive timelines

- Proven success in high-volume recruiting (sales preferred)
- Ability to operate with a speed-to-fill, 7-day mindset
- Experience jumping into active reqs and delivering immediately
- Hands-on experience with iCIMS ATS
- Strong sourcing skills and a results-driven, competitive edge
